Cub Scout Day Camp is June 24-25-26 at Sandscrest.  Fishing, Archery, crafts and games will be part of the program.  Sign up before MAY 29! 

 

CROSSOVER was a little wet (7 years in a row!) but I think we all had a good time.   Rockets made it into the air, and everyone got the chance to move up in rank.  Thanks to those who attended.

* Fall campout at Camp Elizabeth

* a Raingutter Regatta

*earning Religious Emblems

A trip to WVU and Coopers Rock State Forest

plus all of the other fun stuff like the Pinewood Derby, Blue Gold Birthday cakes, and Crossover Camping.

 

Great job this year on our Religious emblems!  Tigers and Wolves (1st and 2nd Grade) worked on the Light of Christ and Bears and Webelos worked on Parvuli Dei.http://www.nccs-bsa.org/emblems-awards/emblems.php

 

Since 2001,  102 religious emblems have been earned by Cub Scouts at St Michael Parish!

 

 

 

Each year about 50,000 scouts earn Scouting’s highest rank : Eagle Scout.

However, only about 25,000 scouts earn the Parvuli Dei or Light of Christ medals each year.
